We seek to resolve all disputes with customers peacefully, quickly and on terms acceptable to both parties. Please contact us directly at support@dokobit.com if you have any complaints. 

In case the dispute cannot be settled amicably, you are entitled to apply for an alternative dispute resolution by submitting a request to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform here.

The platform has been created in line with Regulation no. 524/2013 as an alternative which ensures safe and fair online shopping through the access to quality dispute resolution tools.
