Customer support specialist for Finnish market
We are looking for a customer support specialist to join our team to help our Finland customers have the best experience using our services. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding our customers through features and functionalities. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support.
What you will do
 | Answer support inquiries via email and phone |
| Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, provide resolutions |
| Assist customers with orders, payments, account and billing questions, complaints, and other similar inquiries |
| Collaborate closely with sales and development teams to ensure proper customer service is being delivered |
| Gather customer feedback and advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally |
| Write and update internal and public guidelines and FAQ articles |
| Assist with product translations to the regional languages |
| Constantly work on improving processes and services |
What we expect
 | 1+ years of customer support or related job experience |
| Attention to details |
| Excellent Lithuanian, English and Finnish written and verbal communication skills |

What we consider as a plus
 | Job experience in IT company |
| Experience with help-desk systems |
| Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Management, IT-related studies or English language |
| Swedish, Danish or Norwegian language |
