Document storage
Documents in Dokobit system are stored during the signing period but not longer than 30 days. As soon as the document is signed, you can download it to your own system and delete it, otherwise it is deleted after 30 days whether it’s been signed or not.
Documents in Dokobit system are only processed at the time of signing action, up to 300 seconds. As soon as the document is signed it is returned to your system.
Hash signing
No hash signing available.
With hash signing, signed data can be kept in any database in case it is needed later, instead of creating huge volumes of unnecessary PDF documents. This is useful when you need to keep proof of the customers’ consents but find it unnecessary to create and store an entire PDF document to only be able to verify later user’s consent.
