Dokobit sniedz Pakalpojumus Klientam saska\u0146\u0101 ar Pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas noteikumiem. Sniedzot Pakalpojumus, Dokobit apstr\u0101d\u0101 Klienta datus Klienta v\u0101rd\u0101. Klienta dati var ietvert personas datus. L\u012bdz ar to, Klients ir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(i) Datu p\u0101rzinis attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz Klienta datiem; vai<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(ii) Datu apstr\u0101d\u0101t\u0101js, ja Klients apstr\u0101d\u0101 personas datus tre\u0161\u0101s personas v\u0101rd\u0101. \u0160\u012b Datu apstr\u0101des l\u012bguma un Pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas noteikumu izpratn\u0113, Dokobit ir datu apstr\u0101d\u0101t\u0101js. Datu apstr\u0101d\u0101t\u0101js apstr\u0101d\u0101s un aizsarg\u0101s \u0161\u0101dus Personas datus saska\u0146\u0101 ar \u0161\u012b Datu apstr\u0101des l\u012bguma noteikumiem un Pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas noteikumiem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2. \u0160is Datu apstr\u0101des l\u012bgums ir piem\u0113rojams Klienta datu apstr\u0101dei tikai, ja Dokobit apstr\u0101d\u0101 \u0161\u0101dus datus Klienta v\u0101rd\u0101 un p\u0113c Klienta nor\u0101d\u012bjumiem, k\u0101 ar\u012b sniedzot Pakalpojumus. Dokobit nodro\u0161ina, ka Klienta datus apstr\u0101d\u0101 Eiropas Ekonomikas zon\u0101, un nepiesaista Apak\u0161apstr\u0101d\u0101t\u0101jus, kuri darbojas \u0101rpus Eiropas Ekonomikas zonas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Klienta datu konfidencialit\u0101te<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. Dokobit izmanto Klienta datus tikai un vien\u012bgi Pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anai un savu Pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas noteikumos paredz\u0113to ties\u012bbu \u012bsteno\u0161anai. Dokobit apstr\u0101d\u0101 Klienta datus tikai saska\u0146\u0101 ar Klienta Dokument\u0113tiem nor\u0101d\u012bjumiem. Klients nodro\u0161ina atbilsto\u0161a juridisk\u0101 pamata past\u0101v\u0113\u0161anu Klienta datu apstr\u0101dei no Dokobit puses.
