We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team to help our customers find the best solution that fits their needs. 

What you will do

Answer inbound sales inquiries and follow up leads via email or phone

Provide exceptional service while listening to customers concerns and addressing their needs

Provide product demonstrations to potential customers

Handle contracts of new and existing customers

Maintain excellent relationships with customers

Gather customer feedback and advocate customer needs cross-departmentally

What we expect

At least 2 years of sales, customer success, support or related job experience

Excellent English and Lithuanian written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational skills, ability to set priorities

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Strong attention to details

Passion for helping people through excellent customer service

What we consider as a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business or equivalent

Job experience in IT company

Experience with help-desk systems

Strong networking abilities
