Product marketing manager

We are the biggest electronic signature solutions provider in the Baltics and Iceland building simple, easy-to-use and accessible technologies for e-signing and e-identification. 

With our goal of becoming the biggest disruptive innovator in the e-signing market in Europe in mind, we are looking for a product marketing manager to join our team and help us take our leading-edge products to the next level. 

As a product marketing manager, you will grow user acquisition, activation, conversion and retention, including developing and articulating product positioning, its value proposition, and client segmentation. You will also help with marketing activities, sales enablement, and product strategy. We are looking for a hands-on team member who would take over currently shared responsibilities in the team.

What you will do

Develop product positioning, value propositions and message that resonate with the buying audience, including writing clear and compelling copy in English to describe new product features

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product and marketing strategies that drive growth

Develop and implement effective product-level marketing strategies and plans to communicate value proposition, features, and up-sell opportunities to customers and prospects

Develop a deep understanding of customer segments, buyer/user personas, key use cases, key needs and biggest pain-points

Design, analyse, automate and optimise acquisition, activation and retention funnels

Create and manage dashboards to allow real time access to product KPI against goals and actionable insights

Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas

Design and implement growth by mastering paid and owned media channels

Partner with marketing team to develop and optimise assets to fuel growth marketing initiatives

What we expect

3+ years of experience in product marketing or similar field

Near-native English language skills

Knowledge of product and user behaviour analytics tools (Amplitude, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and others)

A proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects and campaigns

Ability to develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to details

Experience in SaaS product, high-tech, or solutions marketing

Interest in technologies and ability to quickly grasp technical topics

Previous experience working on brand and products with global presence
