Customer support specialist (LV) wanted

We are the biggest electronic signature solutions provider in the Baltics and Iceland building simple, easy-to-use and accessible technologies for e-signing and e-identification.

We are looking to expand our international business management team with one more superhero, who will be responsible for our clients’ happiness in Latvia! You won’t need to move to Lithuania for that — this position is remote and part-time or hourly-based.

What you will do

Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, provide resolutions
Advise on company information
Regularly follow up existing customers
Assist customers with sales, payments, account and billing questions, complaints and other similar inquiries
Work closely with customer service manager and developers to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Give suggestions for company’s improvements

What we expect

As least 1 year of experience of customer support or related job experience
Attention to details
Excellent English and Latvian written and verbal communication skills
Passion for helping people
Team player
Good organisational skills, ability to set priorities

What we consider as a plus

Job experience in IT company
Experience with helpdesk systems
Russian language skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Management, IT related studies or English language
