We are looking for a customer support specialist to join our team to help our customers have the best experience using our services.

What you will do

Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, provide resolutions
Assist customers with orders, payments, account and billing questions, complaints, and other similar inquiries
Collaborate closely with sales and development teams to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Gather customer feedback and advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
Constantly work on improving processes and services

What we expect

At least 1 year of customer support or related job experience
Attention to details
Excellent English and Lithuanian written and verbal communication skills
Passion for helping people
A team player
Good organizational skills, ability to set priorities

What we consider as a plus

Job experience in IT company
Experience with help-desk systems
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Management, IT-related studies or English language
