Account manager for Latvian market

As of 2021, we are a part of one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe, a Norwegian electronic identity solutions provider Signicat. Being the leaders in the Baltics and Nordics, we don’t intend to stop and are aiming for a market leader position in entire Europe.
To make this happen faster, we are looking for Account manager for the Latvian market.



What you will do
Answer inbound sales inquiries and follow up leads via email or phone |

Provide exceptional service while listening to customers’ concerns and addressing their needs |
|
Provide product demonstrations to potential customers |
|
Handling contracts of new and existing customers |
|
Maintain excellent relationships with customers |
|
Gather customer feedback and advocate customer needs cross-departmentally |
What we expect
At least 2 years of sales, customer success, support or related job experience |
|
Excellent English and Latvian written and verbal communication skills |
|
Strong organisational skills, ability to set priorities |
|
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills |
|
Strong attention to details |
|
Passion for helping people through excellent customer service |
What we consider as a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business or equivalent |

Job experience in an IT company |
|
Experience with help-desk systems |
|
Strong networking abilities |

Gross salary of 1700-2900 Euro/month. We are open to discussing salary based on your skills and competencies |
